Twitter, Chamblee

Located in DeKalb County with over ten thousand residents, Chamblee is one of the most internationally diverse cities in the entire Southeast. The rich culture and diversity is clearly expressed in every aspect of the city and offers over 100 different ethnic restaurants and shops.

Chamblee is nationally renowned for its Antique Row, a charming center of over 500,000 square feet of antiques and one-of-a-kind collectibles. Every season, the diverse neighborhoods of the city are brought together by the many events that are sponsored by the city, civic and business organizations. This exciting schedule, among the many other resources provided in Chamblee, allows residents to enjoy a rich blend of multicultural celebrations and all the charms of small-town life.

Chamblee is a thriving community just north of Buckhead in DeKalb County, Georgia. With easy access to I-85 and I-285, Chamblee is a popular choice for people looking for a small town feel with an easy commute and easy access to Atlanta. Buckhead is just a few miles south on Peachtree and the Chamblee MARTA station is located in downtown Chamblee. Like Decatur and Norcross, downtown Chamblee was first developed around a railroad station in the early 20th century and features many quaint shops and storefronts with a vintage town square feel. Many of the businesses in this area are a part of the famous Chamblee Antique Row. But in addition to the historical downtown area, business in Chamblee is thriving. There are many new shops and restaurants, including those located in the new Wal-Mart Supercenter shopping mall, as well as new loft and townhome developments.
